Even now I’m struggling to get my head round this, but in November, my MIL traveled out to Amsterdam from SFO with a friend on KLM and they paid $1400 a piece there and back for business class seats. Confirmed business class seats!!!!! That was booked the old fashioned way through a travel agent.
