I just gained my citizenship several months ago and am now wondering what took me so long! U.S is my home good or bad (been here 10 years), my kids know no other place( as the years go by this just happens *lol* )
anyway I wanted the freedom to leave the U.S without jeopardising my status...the right to vote is also a bonus
