BBC1 + BBC2 Streaming Again

This isn't shown anywhere on the BBC site but their multicast system is up and running again.

They are streaming BBC1 and BBC2

http://support.bbc.co.uk/multicast/rams/uni/bbc1.ram
http://support.bbc.co.uk/multicast/rams/uni/bbc2.ram
http://support.bbc.co.uk/multicast/rams/uni/bbc4.ram (starts at 7pm)

You might need a proxy to watch if you are outside the UK.
I'm sure someone will post instructions if they are needed

Working for me without Proxy in Florida Don't know how long it will last though

How do you about accessing these sites through a proxy? Could you offer some tips?

Cheers,

search for proxys..been explained a few times on this site....and google...

the jist, find a proxy address that is UK based, stick that in the realplayer for proxy address and it'll feed through that, but for video streams, tends to be a bit shite as free proxy sites tend to be slow.

Those links time out for me, but it doesn't really matter, plenty to get and easy, radio one: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/listen/ for instance...got a program, vTuner that finds and compiles online radio broadcasts, can search for genre etc, or just search for a station, it's pretty handy...

That's fantastic, thanks. I am just watching some programme with Graham Norton about dancing and oh my god my brother's friend is one of the dancers. I called my Mum to tell her and she is watching the same programme but they are about 3 seconds ahead. The programme is crap but I'm so glad I can watch BBC TV.

By the way I got it using Realplayer.
