BBC Radio abroad - possible restriction?
I've just noticed a message on a BBC site quoting an article in the LA Times which indicates that the BBC is considering restricting internet access to its radio broadcasts to people in the UK.
Has anyone else read or heard about this this please? I wonder what the reason would be. :( |
Re: BBC Radio abroad - possible restriction?
I didn't hear anything here. On WHYY we have the BBC World Service from Midnight till 5AM, then BBC World Update till 6AM, then at 9AM we have BBC Newshour. They keep plugging the websites and Email addresses for feedback.

I almost always listen to the recordings from the websites due to time difference, but I suppose those would go too. :( |

Shame if it happens but I suppose it is all about money at the end of the day.
