Sara
Well SARA ,

I have a friend who's daughter's name is Ava Rose & her other daughter is Mia, I love both of those names, they're so elegant sounding. That's why I chose Lydia Evie, it just sounds classic to me.

Why do people give their children middle names? Is it like having two kids because you couldn't make your mind up about the first one?

Love the name Darcy. It was top of the list if we'd had another girl but we have a Matthew Zander instead.

I was going to be Siobhan if I'd been a girl. To HD, I say go with the Celtic name and to hell with the spelling. Furthermore, I'd like to suggest Ciaomhe (Keevy)? Or how about Roisin?

Sara

I hear ya!!
Getting called Sarra constantly by my in-laws gets annoying. from everyone else I either get Sarra or Sear-ra. That and no-one but no-one ever spells my name with an 'H' at the end. With banks and anything else I have to now make a point of saying 'Sarah with an H'
One old guy told me only Jewish girls spell Sarah with an H. I politely told him I was very much a gentile

I like having a middle name. No idea why. just do!
Stranger is when they choose to call them by their middle name from birth or something- not by the child's choice or anything, i know loads of people like that!

I just see it as part of your full name, I do not call my Children by both names, it's only ever used when filling in forms and such.

So far we have, useful for filling all the boxes on a form and for disciplining your child. Nope. Still don't get it.
