BA Flight deals

If BA is your carrier of choice they just sent me this in my agent email:

At just $168* roundtrip (JFK-LHR), your customers can fly to over 100 worldwide destinations. But why just stop at London? Great rates are available to Paris, Rome, Athens, Prague, Dubai, Cape Town, Mumbai...and many other exciting destinations. These roundtrip fares are available from all 19 British Airways USA gateways and are on sale through September 22, 2005 for travel through April 3, 2006

Just a word of warning, although they are doing some great deals, BA have already announced I believe that anyone booking tickets after 12th Sept. will be subject to surcharge because of increased oil prices & this trend may continue. Just check on their website & BBC news "Business" regarding the likelihood of surcharges being made. :)

I don't believe so, on the UK site it says excludes taxes, surcharges & fees etc.

"# The prices shown are only intended to help you choose your most appropriate journey. The exact total will be shown after you have selected your outbound and return flights and may be higher than the amount shown on the calendars.
# Prices show the Lowest available adult fare for your outbound journey on a one-way basis and must be sold as part of a return booking. The taxes, fees, charges and surcharges are not included and are approximately £126.10."

(Note the price above was based on a quick flight search from London to Chicago I did).

Sigh....there are times I so wish I lived in New York. :( Wonder what it is from Seattle, not that I can go anytime soon, but wondering.

Lisa......I wonder if it's worth your while flying to the UK from Vancouver? There is an airline called Zoom with cheap flights to and from various UK cities and it might be worth checking out:

http://www.flyzoom.com

Prices are in Canadian $ but you can get the conversion rate to US$ here:
