B1 And Travel Restrictions
My wife and I married in the U.S. while she was visiting me here on a B1 visa. Since then, she has returned to her country and I've started the process of petioning for a K3 visa by filing the I-130.
My question is, since she still has a valid B1 visa, can she travel to the U.S and visit me again while my petition is being processed?
