Default B1/B2 changed F-1 and f visa denied is my b1/b2 visa still valid?

i went to usa in B1/B2 and changed my status to f-1 that is student and when i came back to my country i applied for student visa but i was refused i have b1/b2 visa valid for 5 years which is multiple entry is my b1/b2 visa still valid?
can i enter usa in b1/b2 visa?
i had stayed in usa for 1 year in f-1 status
