Congrats on buying your house. Maybe we have been lucky but have never had any problems with HOA, might be different when I hang out my Union Jack. Will let you know.

Congratulations. This move might help you feel a little more settled. I felt much better about things in general once we had moved out of a rental and into our own house.

I'm just glad we only have to pay $10 a month for the HOA 'privilege'!!!

That's exactly what I was thinking! We'll have a back garden, so we can play outside, as the weather here is so nice, it's a shame not to take advantage of that. We'll also have a spare bedroom for guests (which we have a lot of!) & a lot more room altogether. I can't wait!!!
