Is arrest likely to come up in AOS interview?
I entered the US on a B1/2 visa from Australia and subsequently married a USC.
On the B1-2 visa application (was here for business) I ticked the "prior arrest" etc box. This led to a month delay in my visa application and I had to provide a 10 year police clearance certificate. This "record" came up with nothing on it. I detailed the "arrest" (relating to trespass for a student greenie protest in Australia in 1990) and statement of the fine paid ($150). Visa was granted. This has not come up in the AOS process, yet. Is it likely to be something that is discussed in the AOS interview next month *(Aug 22?). If so, what should I expect to provide by way of documentation to show it is not a heinous offence. Shannon |

It will come up because you must have checked the same box on the I-485. Expect the
same (or worse!) documentation you provided before to be necessary. Andy. -- I'm not really here - it's just your warped imagination.
