Applying for EAD same time as K-3?

Applying for EAD same time as K-3?
Whats the earliest in the process that I can apply for an EAD? We will be filing the I-130, then the 129F for a K-3 visa after that. Can I file for the EAD at the same time as the I-129F? or do I have to wait to get my K-3 visa first?

You have to arrive in the US first.
