Applying For Consular Birth Certificate & First Uk Passport

Is it possible to apply for the above at the same time ? If so any tips or experiences ?

Many thanks,

Mark.

We did the registration of birth first then the passport. Never thought about doing both at the same time, but I wonder if you had ordered two copies of the original birth certificate you could probably do it, seeing they both require one in the paper work.
