I have just stumbled upon this website and wish i had found it months ago when my husband and i were in the process of our battle with the INS.

I am a british subject who whilst living in Australia met and married a USC. I have first hand knowledge of the trials of dealing with not only the INS but also the American Consulate in both Sydney and the US so if my experience is of help to anyone ..........please let me know!!
