Apartments in Buffalo or Sacremento

I have just retired and am looking to make my first step into USA.

I am looking to invest in apartments in Buffalo or Sacremento in Cali.

Can anyone recommend any good local agents in these areas?

Plus anyone got nay good advice about purchasing property in USA?

worry about a visa first, before you worry about the properties.

Your first major problem is getting a visa...your second would be getting medical insurance if your retired and don't want to work...
