AOS, Spouse in trouble

AOS, Spouse in trouble
I arrived in the USA on a K1 Visa, got married, and have just filed AOS papers.
After my K1 visa was approved my wife was arrested, and although unlikely could end up doing jail time. How does this affect my AOS application.
This is a genuine marriage, my wife made a silly mistake with some recreational drugs, before I arrived in the USA.

It probably won't make any difference - if you had been the one arrested that would
have been a different story! The only possible things I can think of are that it may
impact her job which, if she's the only sponsor, could be an issue and if she is in
jail when you are called for interview that would be a problem too.

That was what I was worried about, I don't know what the processing times are for Oklahoma AOS applications so I have no idea when an interview may be scheduled

NOTES. I adjusted status based on a K1 visa and I married within 90 days of crossing
into the US from Canada.
Here is my complete timeline for OKC INS...
Nov. 13, 2001 - Filed for AOS, AP, EAD in person Nov. 24, 2001 - Received AP in the
mail Dec. 5, 2001 - Drove to OKC to pick up 1 year EAD card. Apr. 17, 2001 -
Completed fingerprints in Tulsa, OK May 21, 2002 - Received notice of AOS interview
for June 4, 2002 June 4, 2002 - AOS Approved. (Temp I-551 stamp in passport). June
18, 2002 - Received conditional green card in mail from TSC.
I crossed into the US at the Niagara Falls, ON / Niagara Falls, NY border. I did not
get a temp EAD stamp. I drove to OKC to try and get the stamp, only to be told
(starting THAT DAY of course) that they will no longer give out the stamp. I was told
I could apply to TSC for a temporary EAD, but the lady at the counter even told me
not to bother as I would get it and it would expire immidiately.
