AOS from K3 visa - is medical required?

AOS from K3 visa - is medical required?
Hi,
Is a medical examination required when adjusting status from a K3 visa? I think for a K1 visa a vaccination supplement is sufficient.
Should my wife have the vaccination supplement papers in her posession from overseas. Or is this something she needs to get done by contacting a civil surgeon. I believe the embassy gave her the medical examination papers after they approved the K3 visa.
