AOS interview tomorrow... any tips?
Self explanatory subject. Got the big folder ready, feeling surprisingly calm. Anyone got any tips or hints?
Good luck to anyone else with an AOS interview tomorrow!

Be early (not too early but take into consideration lines); passports, driver's licenses, original marriage certificate, if a K-1 recipient the original I-797, any and all EAD's and A/P's, no food or drink with you nor metal objects like nail files, tweezers, knitting needles, etc. FINGERPRINT RECEIPT. Most INS offices ask for this. Appointment letter.

Thanks Rete. We're lucky, there are never long lines (or even any lines usually, except a small one right before they open) in St. Louis. Although we will get there probably 1/2 hr early. Thanks again. I think I've got everything on the list so we should be good to go.

Take along an eight month old daughter - works like a charm!
Failing that the advice I can give is just the usual stuff - don't butt in if the
interviewer is asking your spouse a question (our interviewer never asked us anything
individual anyway), don't volunteer anything bad without specifically being asked,
have the likely documents to hand, be polite.
Andy.

That'll be hard because usually I answer most questions, Aaron is so forgetful. Brain
like a sieve. But I will bite my tongue... thanks.

don't sweat it. Jason's brain is like a sieve at times too, but, without my help (I
am the talker of the two of us!) he managed to answer the THREE questions they
bothered to ask him at our interview last week...(how did you meet, when did you get
married, what is your SSN)
good luck tomorrow.
