my friend on student visa had applied for greencard (adjustment of status) after she got married to a u.s. citizen). She got her EAD, and her green card is still under processing. it took almost 100 days after her i485 was approved to get her EAD..
Does anyone know:
(1)How long will it take again for the green card processing to be completed ?
(2)is it reqd that she has to be on f1 visa even now ? if she stops taking 12 credits at school,and start working will she become an illegal resident (because she has become out of student visa status ) ? Will that affect the green card processing ?
