Hello,

Is anyone out there waiting for their 485 approval from VSC? My RD is 12/27/01 and I was fingerprinted on 5/1/01. Here's hoping for some news soon.

I did the fingerprinting in Boston on 5/30/2001 and still no news. My wife filed the
I-485 on 4/19/2001 and we still have get receipt number. We do have the FedEx receipt
the got the envelope. I know VSC has a long delay time but this one seems very long
to us. There is anyone out there with similar experience?

My brother just got his receipt for I485 yesterday. it said received at
4/13/01. Notice date is Jun 29.

I had my fingerprints and my wife's done 4 days after you, and still nothing. I
wonder what is next, are we just waiting in line to get our GC, or there are
more steps ?

I think you mean 12/27/00 not 12/24/01 for the 485 approval ?

My notice date for I-485 is 9/30/1999. I got my finger print done on
10/15/2000. I got an RFE and INS received the response on Jan 8, 2001. My PD just
became current during July 2001 (EB3 India). I am still waiting!!

I finally got mine approved. I filed 9/30/1999. Finger printed 10/2000. RFE in
January 2001. Approval 7/6/2001.
