Hi Linda,
I've moved this to the USA forum for you.
I'm not in Ohio but I know we have many members who are, and I'm sure they will be along shortly.
Welcome to the site

I don't live in Toledo currently but I was born there. Welcome to BE and go to Tony Packo's and Barry's Bagels for me, will you?

(Note - I do recall that someone posted from Toledo recently, so there is at least one BE member where you are.)

Welcome to BE. I lived in Holland for 2 years, and I definitely recommend Tony Packo's. If you like Mexican, there was a good one on Airport. If you want a good sandwich, then try Red Wells. There was a Lebanese restaurant close to the junction of Airport and Reynolds, but I can't remember the name of it. If you haven't already, I am sure you will hear the name Carty Finkbeiner in Toledo. There is plenty to do in the area, so have fun.

Don't live there but my wife was born there and still has family in Ottawa Hills so we're there fairly frequently.

Tony Packo's is a Toledo institution that you really need to check out.
Toledo has a lot of nice things to offer but you do have to look for them a bit. Very good museums, a great symphony, the zoo has been rated the top small zoo in the US more than once, etc.
Admittedly it's been a while since I lived there but if I can help you find anything in town please let me know.
