Anyone with RFE from Nebraska????
 

HELP!!!! Anyone out ther had a RFE from Nebraska.??? I was just wondering how long they take once they have everything back in
the update says they have recieved it on the 24th, and that our file was preliminary completed before they requested the information but then said that we shoukld hear in 100 days!!!!! Heck thats another 3 months!!! its already taken 6 months!!
Please I am at my wits end now anyone please do you know if this is correct!?????

I had a RFE from Nebraska in March 2002. My husband had forgotten to sign one of the biographical information pages (in triplicate, he signed 2). We sent it back teh next day and received our approval notice 2 months later. It did take a while, but it was good to know that was the only hurdle. Luckily, I was already in the States with my husband so it wasn't keeping us apart.
