Anyone into Fishing?

Re: Anyone into Fishing?
Just checked about the license, under 17 is free but between 15-17 then need to get a license.
Over 18 and it's $27.50 including a $5 conservation fee for state residents, it's on top of for out of state folks and then there's a $1.50 online fee and 3% transaction fee....cheeky sods.
Quite a few events that don't require a license though

Re: Anyone into Fishing?
Just got back from a Wallowa Lake wedding, lots of fishermen there. We thought it might be worth a try, something to do on the weekends. We've been told we'll be much happier in Snohomish county if we take up fishing/hiking/skiing/hunting/etc.
Hubby says he used sweetcorn for bait when he was young.
Can also try kernels of corn for bait.
