Thought I would revive this excellent thread as I'm going shopping today and wondered if anyone has any new shopping tips to share?
I'm off to Target and Besy Buy to see if I can get a deal on a multi-region dvd player and then we're off to see if there are any good deals on at the furniture stores as we need a new couch.

But, I still do the finances and we haven't sunk - yet.
