Default Anyone clarity this?

Sorry guys,
The more I thought about my case, the more I feared. I want to clarify the following:
(1) What VSC expect you to put on the address item on form I485.
You cannot put an address in Delaware?

I still think I am eligible to file to VSC, since I am living in Maryland. I just want to clarify, does the address on I-485 the very thing that determines where you should file? or the place where you are living is the crucial thing.

Thanks in advance.

Best,
JBJ

The place where you live determines where you can file. You were right to
file with VSC, however you may have risked them sending the whole mess back
by putting your parents address on one of the forms.
just sit tight and wait to hear from them. VSC is generally fast at
responses, and who knows...they may accept it, forward it all to Baltimore
for you, and you can deal with the address issue on the 485 during your
interview. If they send it all back to you, then you can simply re-do the
485 and send it off again.

not much you can do now...but wait and see what THEY do.

Mrs_blackross,
Really appreciate it. Your reply is very informative and clarifying. What I can do is just to wait for the reply from them.

Thanks again
