Default Any new info for MSC/K3?

Looks like Matt Udall and others have received an updated chart from AILA/MSC in regards to processing times

http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm

Unfortunately, the new chart released by MSC does not give receipt dates they are currently processing. It justs states that the expected processing time is 60 days for 129F filings after 6/2/02.

I guess filings before 6/2/02 (like mine) are irrelevant

If you have not received 1st NOA, you need to contact your lawyer and let them look
your case. You can know if INS received your case by checking the returned check. I
filed in June 14 and got 1st NOA.
