Has anyone had an approval on their I-129F yet through CSC? Our 1st NOA was March 8 and I'm anxious to see if anyone else around our time frame has been approved yet.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Out of CSC our 1st NOA was March 8 and no word yet out of CSC. We are just
going to be patient while my fiancée and I get other things organized. BTW the 1st
NOA states 20-30 day till approval out of CSC and I am sure that is working days. I
calculate 20 days to be the 5th of April and 30 days to be the 19th of April.
Good Luck to us all, tlobo

Our first NOA was Feb 23, and our 2nd NOA was dated April 2. The recording did NOT
indicate that we had been approved, though. Our first notice was the actual letter
arriving at my house, even though I had been calling the recording daily, hoping....
The 20-30 day thing is apparently some kind of bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo, though. If
you go to the timeline web site you'll note that 40-50 days is more realistic. It
could be worse - we could be in Texas.

Thank you so much for your input. I foolishly was hoping for approval around the 20 day mark. But nothing yet and I understand CSC isn't updating the recording, so we'll have to wait until it comes in the mail! Good luck to you waiting.

I just called the update line and the recording said that our application (I-129F)
was approved on and mailed 4/10. (Which was yesterday.)
Our notice date was 3/7/01.
You can see the full timeline to date at: http://www.jdep.com
