Any brits in Savannah, GA
I moved here in October 2007 with my husband and 18 month old and am looking for friends to meet up with and discuss what is going on back home.

Hi,
I'm from the UK - We moved to Savannah a couple of weeks ago - I'm only here temporarily at the moment visiting - going back to the UK in April, hopefully to finalise my Visa, before moving over permanently. I'm married to an American, however, without a Visa, I'm pretty stuck, as I can't work, and during the day, he's at work and I don't know anybody!
Maybe we could keep in touch?

There is a British Wives club that meets in Savannah once a month. We are the "oldie goldies" though. There are a few younger ones that I am sure you could meet up with. In fact, we are having a meeting tomorrow at the Bamboo Farm off Hwy 17. There are a group of ladies coming from Hilton Head and we are providing refreshment and tea! Should be a nice meeting, so if you want to come, we will meet up at 3:00pm. Where are you from in the UK?
