Was that above the pollution?

Looking at google maps, it should be quite nice, lots of greenery and parks, reality is, the maps are well out of date and it's a crapper...DCU centre is pretty nifty, but then you've got to deal with the horrid parking and down town

Hi Andy, I'm in Andover... about 30 miles west of you. Was just over at Salem last week which I think is particularly close to you.

Welcome to BE

And never go to Worcester

I live a few miles east of Worcester. It hides it's charm well!

Then you're moving to somewhere better...

Want to meet up for a coffee before you go home?

Oh yes please! Send me a pm....

Infact - we could have a Meet up!! There's enough of us here!!!!!

As much as I like MA - for me, home is where the heart is.....pub, beer, proper curry, not having to think before you speak, and good comedy

I think the only reason I haven't been thumped for shooting of my sarky-arsed British gob is because I'm a girl!!!!

However - I am practically running on fumes in the American friends dept

I hung with a mate watching Ab Fab reruns last week. I could hardly breathe after two episodes - and she found it "mildly amusing" at best...

She thought it was a total send up of British culture - one scene Eddie fell out of the taxi after a night out - I thought my sides were going to split because I had a similar experience this past summer when I was home!! Still trying to piece it all together....
