Any Brits in Charleston, WV?
We are considering a move to Charleston, WV and would love to hear from any Brits living in the area. No jokes about Hillbillies please, we're already in Morgantown WV!

Hello! My husband (born and bred in Londonderry, Northern Ireland) and I live up the road from Charleston in Parkersburg, and my son attends university in Morgantown (Music Ed).

We live in Morgantown and my husband works at WVU feeding the kids. We know there are a ton of Brits in WV but they don't seem very active on British Expats!
We are just looking to perhaps move down to Charleston, and I was hoping to make contact with some Brits down there as another base for meeting people. Just out of interest, how long does it take you to drive to Charleston?

Not long. A little over an hour, depending on how low we fly.
We are an hour and 45 minutes from the CAC (at uni).

Hi! I live in Huntington, WV about a 30-40 minute drive from Charleston. My husband's parents live in Charleston, and I prefer the city and mall there, so we visit as often as we can on weekends. I've lived here for about three years, so I can probably help if you're still interested in moving?
