I have just been denied acceptance onto a J-1 trainee program, the agency says that due to my lengthily visa history they believe that the INS will decline my visa application.
I worked during the summer of 1998 (J-1 camp counselor), returned home to England to complete my final year of University and again returned in June of 1999 (J-1 camp counselor). My companies application for a Q-1 visa was successful and I stayed until February of 2000 when I went home for a two month long break. In April I returned to the US and worked under the remainder of my Q visa until January 2001 when I left the country. I am presently on another J-1 camp counselor visa until the beginning of September, but would dearly love to continue working with the company that I have been for the past two years in the US.
The agency says that as I have been working here on four different visas, it does not really show any intent to return, but surely my repeated trips back and forwards to England show otherwise.
Are there any companies out there that would maybe see things from a different perspective so that I could at least obtain my IAP-66 to present to the US Embassy in London.
I can't apply for another Q visa until I have been out of the country for 12 months and my degree is not related to my field of work, ruling out an H visa????

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as time the time is drawing near when I again have to leave.

Thanks,
Andy

BUNAC was the agency that refused me, AIPT say that I have to be out the country for 90 days before applying, to be within their guidelines. The other organizations listed, do not cater for my profession of working with people who are mentally handicapped. The list goes on.......
Any other suggetions???

Thanks,
Andy
