I've looked at several obituaries about this writer but can't find any mention of how she died. Andrea was only 58, not that old...

The Guardian just said she died in her sleep after a long struggle with illness. She had a lot of weight-related problems. Maybe more will come out later.

I wonder if she would have had those attitudes if, say, she looked like Claudia Schiffer?

I was sad to read about her death last night on the BBC news website. I didn't think she was as old as 58. She lived her life on her terms at least, not what other people thought she should be/do/say/look like
