Airline tickets

Hi all,

I am migrating to US with the family on IR1 visa and in the process of booking airline tickets. I have a query regarding type of tickets to book i.e. one way or return. I have been trying to book one way ticket but they seem to be non-existent! Any ways, would I have any difficulty at POE and immigration control if I travel on a return ticket? I wont be using the return ticket anyway as I have no plan of coming back. Pls advise....

Thnx
Sam

No. If you have a valid IR-1 visa, US immigration doesn't care if you ever leave the US. Besides, return tickets are usually less expensive than one way.
