after arriving what next?

hello there,
Thanks for the group for helping me to arrive in US. I was relaxing after arriving on 14th august in Michigan.
Can any one please advise what should i next do, i mean like how to get work authorisation and social secuiryt number and bank account etc. SO please advise.

I am assuming you arrived on a K1. Anyway, here's a useful link which will tell you
