My fiance will be here on a K-1 visa in two weeks...we will be filing for adjustment of status as soon as we are married. My question is about the I-864...I am a full time student and have been living at home...thus my parents have claimed me as a dependant for the last 3 years...and I have not had to file any income taxes as I have no income..(full time student) My parents are going to sponsor my fiance...however, so do I need to fill out an I-864 for myself as well...or just one for my parents as joint sponsors?

When your parents claim you as a dependent, they report your soc.sec.number as
the identification of the dependent they have claimed. If they have done so, you
have filed your income taxes for the year. That is also your income tax filing
for that year.
