Hi everyone,
I came to the US June 1 2001 on a K1 & with my 2 daughters on their K2's. I married my fiance :) on June 9 2001 We are filling in the AOS stuff now. My question is; on the affidavit it asks about your household size. My husband has his daughter live with him every other year. This year she is with her mother, but last year she was with him so he included her on his tax returns. Does she count as part of the household? Trouble is if she does we need a co-sponser but if not we are o.k. Hope someone can help. Thanx in advance karen. |

The safe thing is to go ahead and get a co-sponsor. If that is not an easy solution in your situation, I'd try it with the custody agreement and a cover letter of explanation. No guarantees, however.
