Hi my names Alex im a 24 year old female. Im looking at working in the states as a au pair or any other care jobs. Can anyone reccomend any agencies? and have any tips for getting out to the states?

And check out the Brazilians, they have loads of agencies that send folks out to the Boston area on J1's I think.

I have a lot of friends who went through Au Pair America back in the 90s.

I went through Au Pair in America on a 1 year J-1 visa back in 1999 and had a good experience.
