Advanced Parole Questions

I came down on a K-1 visa and am now married. My husband and I are going to Houston INS this week to get it all taken care of: EAD, AOS, and Advanced Parole. I am working on filling out the paper work and have a few questions.
1) This is mainly for my trip back to Canada in November but I also plan on returning in the summer and a number of other times. Do I need to file for Advanced Parole right up until I get my status adjusted any time I want to go back home? How does that work?
2)Part 7 reads "On a separate sheet of paper, please explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered."
How would I explain how I qualify for Advance Parole? Do I need to explain in detail why I want it or can I just say I want to visit family? What kind of documents should I include?
Thanks for any and all help. And if anyone has any tips they can provide about applying for all this with Houston INS I would appreciate it.

Ask for "multiple re-entry" on the form, they give you a form that is good for one
year, usually. You can use it as many times as you wish, as long as the form is in
force. Get some tips on filing AOS at Houston from the experiences of others here:

Forget that, pen in something short and sweet like "to go home and visit my family"
and forget it. they do not require a lengthy explanation (that was in the past, and
the form has not been updated)
