I have a quick question: I live in San Diego.
My fiance's parents are flying in from the UK for our wedding, and staying for 3 weeks. They really would love to take a day trip across the border to Baja (Mexico).
I want my fiance to come as well, but doesn't he need Advance Parole to come to Mexico with us? Is that what it's called?
Is this possible in such a short time, perhaps we can walk in to the INS office downtown? Thank you!

Yes he requires advance parole to visit Mexico. I looked up San Diego on the AOS application filing page on http://www.kamya.com/aos/ but lo and behold those people who used San Diego didn't bother to post their results.
