ADOPT CHILD QUERY

my aunt(USA)) want to adopt a child (15 year) in india.SHE HAS GREEN CARD OF USA.SHE IS A 60 YEAR OLD.SHE HAS ALREADY THREE CHILDERN .CAN SHE ADOPT A CHID .AGE OF CHILD IS 15 YEAR

She will need to ask an adoption agency or adoption professional as there are many factors that are involved.

I'd say that her biggest hurdle is the fact that she is not a US Citizen, while it doesn't rule it out it might make it practially impossible.
