you are able to file N400 90 days prior to your 3 years since becoming a permanent resident.

don't forgot that Selective service requirement....if you were under 26 when married and didn't sign up, might be worth waiting a little...

Besides the length of your marriage, make sure you meet the other criteria:

Note the important one: 3 years as a Permanent Resident/Green Card holder -and- still married to and living with a USC spouse for 3 years.

You may apply 90 days before your eligiblity date.
