Accountant in NY
Can anyone recommend a decent accountant in NY? I moved over here in December from the UK - would like general help with tax filings etc

Welcome to NY. 
I did my first filings recently. Did it all remotely in the end.
I did look for local Tax advisor/accountant but not that easy to find. There are some chains like HR Block which might work, if you specifically want local offices to visit.
