Default Accountant in Austin

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a tax account based in Austin, TX specializing with British expats and foriegn property.

I've had quite a year (my my standards!) with 4 jobs, U.K. and US income, moved states, changed status and sold a lot of stock with some being stg and some ltg.

I understand there will be those who say to do it yourself but I'm really looking for someone to do my tax return and also offer financial planning for both the UK and the US.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

can't help you really as I am looking for a new tax accountant so when retirement comes along, we will be able to trust the person but I found this website which might be able to give some guidance. Find a CPA We have a few years to go,so time to try a couple if need be.
My daughter, who is studying part-time for accountancy and CPA, came back from her tax class yesterday and basically, 'Good luck with your taxes once you are retired.' I said I know! Maybe she will be able to do them
