Accommodation - London
A friend of mine told me about this site.
Basically, certain hotels release a few bedrooms at noon on
the same day at vastly discounted rates.
If you have the "nerve" to wait until the day !!!
Downside is that they only provide 3,4 or 5 star hotels, but
what the heck, it is a "reasonably important occasion !!"
Example, I have booked a twin room, tonight, at The Royal
Lancaster Hotel (a short cab ride from the Embassy)
Normally the room would be £270 !! but I booked
it this morning for £99.
I hope this is of interest to someone
