Hi, i printed off the form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and in the instructions it lists the catergories that do not have to pay the fee, and the category that a K-1 visa holder applying for a 90 day EAD would be in, a(6), is not listed. I also called the main INS helpline and they also told me that i would have to pay the fee. Is this correct as i always thought that the 90 day temporary EAD was free to file?
