I had my embassy interview this morning, 4hrs waiting for a 2 minute interview seems rather excessive but my J-1 visa is now approved ![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Hopefully flying out on Friday 15th to begin the next 18 months 'training' in New York City.
this is where all the fun starts...

I should say for reference:
J-1 interview questions
- what will you be doing once in the US
- who is the company you'll be completing your traineeship with
- what does the company do
- where will you be working when in the US
- how much are the company paying you each month
- where do you currently live in the UK
- what do you plan on doing once your traineeship has been completed
