I was surprised about that too. I can't believe that Tina Brown wasn't on it....she is considered an A-lister in New York City - she ran the 'Tatler' in the UK and 'Vanity Fair' and the 'New Yorker' magazines in the US (she put pregnant and naked Demi Moore on the cover which caused a lot of controversy) and has her own TV show on CNBC:
