Hi,
At the time of Visa interview, officer gave me form 221(g) and asked to me get a document from my employer about - “PLEASE PROVIDE THE LIST OF ALL STARING DATES FOR EMPLOYEE WHOS H1B’S WERE SUBMITTED”.

Rest all documents were perfect.

I wonder what is use of this document to officer?
Also, what chances are that the visa will be approved if I produce this document?

And exactly how many staring dates have you been on? And how does a staring date differ from a regular date? Is it where you don't talk much? Been on a few of those.
