2004 DV Lottery Mailing Address
Hi there,
I just have one question regarding the 2004 DV Lottery, I am a Malaysian citizen who is working in US right now, and I am interested in participating the lottery. My question is as below:
-Since that the results of the lottery only going to be announces at April- August of 2003, and I am not sure what's my address at that time, I might be moving to a new location, so what should I put on the mailing address of mine if I was lucky enough to be selected in order for the INS to inform me.

You should put down your address in Malaysian or the address you can be permanently reached.

It doesn't matter, as long as you have a reliable address that will still
be good next year. Some people use a lawyer for this particular reason.
Other options are:
- rent a mailbox
- use your parent's address
- use an address of a friend
