Default 1st or 2nd NOA needed to file for K-3?

Is it the first NOA (Notice of Action) or the 2nd NOA (Notice of Acceptance) from our I-130 application that we need to include in our I-129F (spouse) application for the K-3 Visa?

Help?

1st NOA.. if u want a detailed step-by-step outline of the entire K-3 process...

http://207.21.230.28/k3

then click on the 'K-3 Spouse Visa Process' link under the flags on the right hand side.

The first NOA is the one that you need.

Thank you guys for the replies.... I did a little surfing and found the answer for myself quite quickly... I should learn not to panic and look for stuff myself before asking so many questions here.... its just that you all are so informed it's an easy place to ask.... I'll try to refrain from asking until I've exhausted my own resources first....

Thanks again!
