Speaking as a (UK) HR person, this is an interesting point of view - is (US) HR generally held in low regard? - I consider myself "good" in terms of knowing about employment laws etc. and keeping on top of changes in UK/EU(and being realistic in their interpretation). Now i wonder how i would stand in US HR job market withe the "legal" knowledge i've picked up by going through immigration. Rich
